• Prices are based on occupancy.
• This apartment has a standard occupancy of four people. Each person above the standard occupancy is charged additionally. Each child up to the standard occupancy counts as a full person.
• Important note: If more people arrive than you have confirmed, I reserve the right to cancel the booking and refuse accommodation.
• The local tax of €4.80 per night and person aged 16 and over will be charged additionally.
• The final cleaning of this apartment will be charged at €85.00 and each interim cleaning (if requested) will be charged at €60.00.
• The reservation is considered confirmed as soon as the required deposit of 30% of the booking amount has been received.
• Upon arrival, I ask each primary guest to authorize a €500 damage deposit at reception using a physical and valid credit card.
